A private strength studio in Pinner. Coaching for people over forty.
Live 2026Carol coaches strength and mobility one to one from a private studio in Pinner. Her clients are mostly over forty, often coming back after years away, an injury, surgery or menopause, and several have been with her between two and six years. The coaching was not the problem.
The site was. Enquiries went to an address she does not work from, so some never reached her at all. It still advertised a free trial that had expired and a coaching package she had discontinued. Every one of those is a small thing, and together they meant the website was quietly costing her work.
Home, About, One-to-One, Online Coaching, Testimonials, Merch and Contact. The homepage leads on the sentence that does the most work: strength training in Pinner for people who don't like gyms. That is the objection her clients actually have, so the site answers it first rather than describing facilities.
Enquiries now post from a plain HTML form to a Cloudflare Worker and on to n8n, arriving at the address Carol confirmed she reads. Prices are on the page: sixty-five pounds an hour in the studio, a hundred and forty-nine a month for online coaching. The discontinued package is gone.
The studio has a light room and a darker one, and both appear in the photography, because the thing being sold is a private room with nobody else in it. The site sits on a near-black ground so the rooms carry it, with one handwritten typeface used sparingly for the things her clients actually said.
Styling lives in one shared stylesheet rather than per page, which is what keeps seven pages consistent and makes a change a single edit. Client programmes run on PT Distinction, whose login is a third-party embed, so the site hands off to it cleanly instead of pretending to contain it.

Local SEO is the growth channel here, so the Google Business Profile, the studio's location data and the citation work are all part of the same job rather than something bolted on afterwards.
Three weeks after the new site went live, it ranked in Google's top five for local searches in Pinner, including "personal training Pinner", "weight loss coach Pinner", "private personal trainer Pinner" and "personal trainer Pinner".
In the first month of reporting it brought her two paid consultations and a booking, all from people who found her through the new website. The booking was made over the phone, during the call.
The one that matters most was not a client at all. A local pharmacy, looking for someone who could help patients after a bone density scan, searched for it, found the site and approached Carol about coaching their patients. Not a referral from somebody who already knew her. A business with a patient list that found her because she turned up.
Asked in October 2026 to recommend a personal trainer in Pinner, ChatGPT named CS Personal Training among its five picks, with her price and a link to the new site.
“I wanted something that felt more like me — cleaner, sharper, more modern and completely different from what I had before. And somehow, they actually did it.”
Probably one of the best cold calls I’ve ever answered!
From the very first conversation, Niko was cheeky, easy to talk to and, more importantly, completely seemed to “get” me and what I wanted from my website.
Then there’s Evie, who pulled everything together brilliantly.
I already had a website, but I wanted something that felt more like me — cleaner, sharper, more modern and completely different from what I had before. And somehow, they actually did it.
The difference is honestly mind-blowing.
Nothing has been too much trouble. The communication has been brilliant, every little change or tweak has been dealt with, and the whole service has been absolutely first class.
Amazing people, amazing service, and so professional it’s untrue.
I couldn’t recommend Kinto Creative highly enough.
Niko, Evie and the team — you absolutely smashed it.
Thank you!
